Initial Meeting
To kick off our project, we have a personal introduction, either at our office or your project site. This meeting helps us understand your vision, requirements, and budget, ensuring our approach aligns with your expectations.

Initial Estimate and Preliminary Agreement
In this phase, our estimating team provides an initial build estimate. Simultaneously, we enter into a preliminary design agreement for your home, allowing us to navigate the initial stages of the project together, covering soil, survey, and design-related costs.

Design and Approval Process
Once you engage with us, we dive into the design and approval process. Collaborating with your chosen architect or our in-house designers, we create designs and documents, managing all consultants on your behalf to ensure a smooth pre-construction process. This service is offered for both Complying Development Certificate and Development Approval + Construction Certificate on knock down rebuild, greenfield houses and Dual Occupancy developments.

Contract Execution and Project Start
Moving to the contract phase, we create contracts that protect your interests while maintaining transparency. We work closely with you to ensure all details, like the scope of work, timelines, and budget, are accurately reflected. After the certifier's approval, we finalise your quote, sign the building contracts, and lock in the start date with a 10% deposit.

Construction
As construction begins, we maintain constant communication with you through regular meetings and status reports. Regular site visits and your client portal keep you informed throughout the build process. This phase focuses on realising your vision, sticking to your budget, and ensuring a positive experience.

After Construction Support
After we hand over your new home, we're still here for you. 90 days after handover, we'll schedule a visit to make sure everything in your house is working as it should after regular use. If there's any maintenance needed, we'll take care of it during this visit, ensuring your new project continues to meet your expectations.
